2 Year Anniversary Party

Date: November 7, 2009
Where: Capital Edge Paintball Park

You must have a waiver on file with CEPP or fill one out when you get to the park. If you are under the age of 18 you must have your waiver signed by YOUR parent or legal guardian.

As many of you in the community may know, Daryl Trent and his family are facing some difficult times at the moment. For those of you who may be unaware of the situation, Daryl's 7 year old daughter Peyton recently went through open heart surgery. Daryl has been a major force in the positive growth of the paintball for numerous years. As a respected member of the paintball community, he has been involved in many different aspects of the sport, from player to manufacturing, with the most recent being at the helm of the Luxe brand.

We were planning our CEPL All Star Day and Capital Edge's 2nd Anniversary when we heard the shocking news about Peyton's medical condition.

We would like to put forth an invitation to all of Northern California, paintballers and non-paintballers alike; come out to CAPITAL EDGE PAINTBALL PARK on Saturday, November 7th and help us to support the Trent Family.

We will be hosting a fun day full of food, paintball, raffle giveaways, and a chance to give back to someone who has done so much for the sport of paintball.

That same day we will be celebrating our 2nd Anniversary. It is hard to believe two years have passed, seems like just yesterday that we were laying out the plans for the fields and putting up nets. We would also like to celebrate all of the hard work put in by the teams who competed in the CEPL this year. We ask the captains of each squad who participated in two or more events this season to please go to the nomination page, www.thecepl.com , and nominate the player on their squad who they felt had the most positive contribution to the team.

Due to the generosity of numerous companies we will be able to donate 100% of the proceeds from the raffle, along with a considerable portion of the day's proceeds to the Trent family to help lift some of the burden created by costly medical bills.

For those who are unable to attend, please follow this link that will allow you to donate directly to the family online. We will be accepting donations at the field as well.

    Remember every little bit helps.
