Field Waiver

As of March 1st 2011 all players and spectators will need to fill out a new field waiver for the 2011 season.
Every person wishing to play or enter the fields for the sake of spectating or taking photographs MUST fill-out and sign a "Waiver and Release of Liability" form prior to doing so. Any persons under the age of 18 MUST have the Waiver and Release form signed by a Parent / Legal Guardian. Those under the age of 18 MUST have a new signed waiver EACH time they attend the park. All players must be a minimum of 10 years of age.

The Waiver and Release of Liability forms are available at the park or for your convenience you may download the form by clicking the link below. The down-loadable form is in PDF format. Download the file, print it out, fill it out and bring it with you to the park.

You may download the waiver and fill it out prior to arriving at the field to save time at check-in.
